In the new IFC show, Portlandia, there's a great song that plays during the intro credits. I'm not referring to the clever song that opens the new show [the dream of the 90s is alive in portland, etc.] I'm asking about the song that plays during the street scenes and opening credits.

Who is that black comedic DJ with an Afro?
He was on the Conan late one night, he comes out and his is mumbling and singing unintelligibly. He has a huge fro with a comb in it and he laughs like crazy every time he talks. He records himself singing and replays it and adds to it. He has also been on commercials for the show Portlandia on IFC. He is hillarious and I have to find him. Where can I find him?
