I listen to a lot of audio talk radio, like RyanSeacrest.com, or Armchair Survivor. How would I be able to download those audio presentations from the internet to an Ipod or an MP3 player?

It looks like a sweet device but I hate touch screen phones (and I hate slide phones even more).
